therapy for teachers in CHicago, IL

Find harmony in the classroom & beyond

You became a teacher to inspire your students, but…

You find yourself feeling frustrated and overlooked by a system that undervalues your hard work.

The demands on teachers and other educators today can be overwhelming. You might be dealing with:

  • Caring deeply and feeling responsible for your students’ social and emotional health, but not having the resources, training, or time to feel effective;

  • Feeling exhausted from constantly learning new curriculum, navigating evolving technologies, and working unpaid hours;

  • Being inadequately supported by administration or isolated from your colleagues;

  • Losing the sense of fulfillment you once felt from meaningful time with your students,

  • Sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, or anxiety.

You don’t have to do this alone.

According to recent studies, 86% of teachers reported their job adversely impacted their mental health and 44% of American K-12 teachers reported feeling burned out often or always in 2024. The negative effects of stress in teaching are real and significant.

If you work in education and find yourself struggling, help is available. You can develop strategies and strengthen your self-confidence to pursue the work-life balance that you deserve.
